RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Negony, you have a 30-day window to return the item for a refund or an exchange, subject to an inspection. However, if it has been more than 30 days since the delivery of your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.


REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to acknowledge its arrival. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your credit card or the original method of payment within 10 business days.


EXCHANGES 

We only facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged, replacing them with the exact same item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your exchange request.

LATE REFUNDS 

If you have not received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the refund is still not reflected, reach out to your bank as there might be a processing delay.
